What is

Get back a more youthful fullness and glow with Sculptra®. It is the original biostimulatory filler that encourages your own natural collagen production to smooth facial wrinkles, add volume, and improve skin tightness.

How does it work?

Sculptra® contains Poly-L-Lactic Acid, a biodegradable polymer that stimulates your body to build collagen. It is injected into the sub-dermal plane or deep over bone where it gradually adds volume and support for your skin. The average treatment includes 3 sessions spaced 1 month apart and uses 3 to 5 vials of Sculptra®. The first signs of improvement may be visible at 1 month and progress over the next 4 to 6 months. Results last up to 2 years.

FAQ for

‍1. What are biostimulators, and how do they differ from Botox™ or dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers and Botox™ are both injectable treatments used in cosmetic procedures. However, they work differently. Dermal fillers add hyaluronic acid to give immediate improvement to areas with wrinkles and lost volume, whereas Botox™ and other neurotoxins relax the muscles that cause wrinkles. Injectable biostimulators like Sculptra™ induce your own skin to create natural collagen thereby adding volume and lift. The choice between them depends on your specific concerns and goals, and our experts can help you decide during your consultation.

2. Is Sculptra® safe?

Yes. Sculptra® has been widely used since 2004 and has a great safety record. It is naturally and slowly broken down by your body into carbon dioxide and water. Similar products have been used to make implants and resorbable sutures for over 60 years. Like all injectable products there are rare complications that we will discuss during your assessment and consultation.

3. How long do Sculptra® results last?

The results of Sculptra® treatments can last up to 2 years.

4. Is there any downtime after a Sculptra® treatment?

Sculptra® treatments typically involve minimal downtime. You may experience some swelling, bruising, or redness at the injection sites, but these side effects usually subside within a few days. Most patients can return to their regular activities the next day.

5. Will Sculptra® make me look unnatural?

When administered by experienced professionals, biostimulators should enhance your natural beauty and provide subtle, youthful results. Our goal is to create a refreshed appearance while maintaining your unique facial features.

6. Can Sculptra® be used on any part of the face?

Sculptra® can be used on various facial areas, including cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and more. The choice of treatment area will depend on your specific concerns and aesthetic goals, which we'll discuss during your consultation.

7. How long does a Sculptra® treatment session take?

A Sculptra® treatment session typically takes about 30 minutes, depending on the treatment area and the extent of correction required.
